Lexi Greenley is the Training Coordinator at Unity Shelter, bringing with her five years of experience in social services. After moving to Corvallis in 2017, she earned a BS in Sociology from Oregon State University. Her studies led her to work with youth in the justice system, where she saw firsthand how economic hardship can create barriers to stability and opportunity—an experience that deepened her commitment to addressing systemic issues and supporting those most affected by them.
She joined Room at the Inn as Shelter Staff in 2020 before moving into an administrative role for Unity Shelter in 2021. Passionate about creating opportunities for growth and improving efficiency, she focuses on organizing and streamlining training processes to ensure staff have the resources and education they need to better serve our community.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, partner, and cats.
