The Chapman Center Program Manager oversees the daily operations of Chapman Center (CC), including the emergency overnight shelter and the Hygiene Center, providing nightly shelter, basic needs, safe sleep, and coordinated services to male and female-identifying, and gender-nonconforming individuals experiencing homelessness.

This role supervises Shelter Staff and volunteers, maintains regular engagement with shelter guests, and coordinates closely with internal teams and external service partners. The Manager serves as a primary point of contact for community partners and works with Unity Shelter leadership to ensure safe, effective operations grounded in dignity, trauma-informed care, equity, and accountability.

This position provides on-site support to guests and residents of Unity Shelter programs. This position provides direct assistance and advocacy to individuals seeking primary, dental, mental health, and vision care, as well as safe, permanent housing.

This position provides primary supervision and support for Unity Shelter's programs. Staff are expected to deliver services in a manner that respects diversity, is trauma-informed, and maintains safe conditions.

This position provides daily housekeeping duties across Unity Shelter's programs to maintain clean and safe spaces for guests. 

This position provides support for Room at the Inn kitchen operations, including preparing and serving meals to shelter guests and supervising volunteers. Unity Shelter staff are expected to deliver services in a manner that respects diversity, is trauma-informed, and maintains safe conditions for all.
