Heather joins the team as a Community Health Worker, bringing over two years of hands-on experience in shelter operations and frontline support. A graduate of the 84-hour CORE training program, she specializes in bridging the gap between complex health systems and the individuals who need them most — serving as a dedicated advocate for accessible, compassionate, and equitable care.
Outside of work, Heather is a proud mother and daughter who stays actively connected to her community, often found cheering on collegiate athletics. She also has a deep appreciation for the arts, with tattoos being a personal passion and creative outlet. Whether navigating health resources or adding to her tattoo collection, Heather brings the same high level of commitment and attention to detail to everything she does.
