Ailiah Schafer

Ailiah has been with Unity Shelter since 2021, bringing over a decade of experience in the nonprofit sector. With a Master’s in Public Health and a background in case management, program coordination, and direct service work, Ailiah is committed to supporting unhoused individuals through compassionate, community-driven solutions. In her role as Operations Coordinator, she oversees  funding opportunities, partnerships, and service expansion to ensure Unity Shelter’s programs effectively meet the needs of those they serve. Outside of work, Ailiah enjoys crocheting and enjoying the company of her family, friends, and myriad of pets.
